As CEO and founder of Women's Support TEAM and 1000 Women Can Change the World, Paula Constantino, views life as a continuous learning process, with all of us constantly evolving and reinventing ourselves.
Having started law school at 40, Paula has been admitted to practice law in four states (NY, NJ, GA and MD) and was a medical malpractice and personal injury trial attorney in New York and then in-house counsel for a high-tech startup in Maryland.
In addition to being a trial and transactional attorney, Paula has been a business consultant helping small businesses be proactive and then was wellness consultant for Nikken, a company that provides products and support to enable people to achieve a complete and fulfilled life. Both of these experienced enriched her life to take her to her true passion of women helping women through her own online business.
As entrepreneur, Paula first worked with her business partner with a predecessor company, and then formed her own company, Women's Support TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More). WomensSupportTeam.com is a web-based one-stop resource helping women achieve more success with less stress globally – through a TEAM of more than 175 Mentors, coaches, digital informational products, speakers’ panel, events, articles, affiliates with life and business solutions, resource links and more.
Paula also provides additional online services at Find a Coach Online for clients and coaches/consultants to find and work with each other for more success with ease - with just the click of a mouse and a telephone & Package Yourself for Success Online for harnessing the power of the Internet by developing an Internet presence with e-commerce and digital informational products.
